Why attend a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) summer program?
In addition to teaching hard skills for future careers, Crosby Discovery Summer Camp fosters valuable 21st-Century life skills like problem-solving, creativity, and teamwork. Crosby Discovery Summer Camp is designed to be fun and interactive.
Crosby Discovery Summer Camp is free and focuses on serving 25 youth ages 8-11 who live in South East Raleigh. Campers participate in a variety of STEM lessons including safety, Food, and Microbiology. Camp is for two weeks, Monday-Friday and is housed in the Crosby-Garfield Community Center Building.
