4-H Crosby Camp: 4-H Crosby Camp is free and focuses on serving 20 youth ages 7-9. Campers participate in lessons about STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math). Camp is located at the Crosby-Garfield Community Center Building at 568 E Lenoir Street. Summer camp helps youth learn and grow while they are out of school. Our campers have lots of fun while learning and doing!
CerebroEDU: CEREBROedu is a bilingual program designed to teach youth more about the brain, its function, mental health resources, and potential careers in neuroscience! This hands-on program will feature guest speakers, activities, and engaging facilitators! CEREBROedu is FREE and open to Latinx youth ages 10-13!
Youth Food Security Summit: The Youth Food Security Summit (YFSS) empowers high school-aged students to join the conversation about food security work. We want to bring in networking opportunities, build upon their skills, and give them the chance to connect with other youths who are also interested in food security work.
