Gardening in the shade can be very rewarding. Many interesting plants can grow in the shade. In this course, we’ll look at ways to find the right plants for different degrees of shade, from dappled light to deep shade. We’ll talk about root competition from trees that can cause dry shade and discuss other factors to consider when gardening in a shady spot.
This class is taught by the Extension Master Gardener Volunteers of Wake County. Admission is free, and registration is requested.
