Calling All Young Changemakers: Apply to Speak or Perform at TEDxYouth@ChavisWay!
The TEDxYouth@ChavisWay event is back, bigger, bolder, and more inspiring than ever! This year’s theme, “Stories Beyond Boundaries,” celebrates the power and promise of youth to tackle complex issues, build bridges, and redefine what it means to be a catalyst for social change.
What You Need to Know:
- Application Deadline: Monday, December 2nd, 2024
- Who Can Apply: Youth aged 10-19, residing in the Triangle area
- Requirements:
- Talks must be original and aligned with the theme (no political or religious agendas or promotions)
- A signed video release form is required
- Commitment to attend virtual and in-person coaching sessions and dress rehearsals
Why Apply?
- Get Your Voice Heard: Share your ideas or performance with a global audience through the TEDx YouTube channel!
- Personalized Coaching: All selected speakers and performers will receive one-on-one coaching to refine their talks or performances.
- Inspire Change: Join other passionate youth in creating thought-provoking conversations that push boundaries and spark positive change.
