North Carolina Cooperative Extension is based at North Carolina's two land-grant institutions, NC State University and NC A&T State University, in all 100 counties and on the Cherokee Reservation.

Wake County Center gives our county's residents easy access to the resources and expertise of NC State University and NC A&T State University. Through educational programs, publications, and events, Cooperative Extension agents deliver unbiased, research-based information to Wake County citizens. National 4-H Congress

National 4-H Congress is the flagship event of the 4-H program. For seventy-nine years, youth from the United States and its territories have participated in this youth leadership development conference. The Congress provides youth, ages 14-19, a quality, educational, and cross-cultural experience that exceeds what any state independently provides. North Carolina's delegation to this year's Congress included 17 youth and 3 adults. MORE
