NC State Extension Master Gardener Volunteers of Wake County are a team of dedicated and certified individuals who use research-based information to help our fellow residents improve their home gardens and landscapes.

We have a broad spectrum of ages, life experiences, professional, educational, and socioeconomic backgrounds, which benefits us in serving diverse groups of Wake County residents. There are currently 156 Extension Master Gardener Volunteers in Wake County.
