Job Description Youth Development Educator I develop, coordinate, and facilitate youth development educational programs. These programs focus on life skills, goal-setting, and behavioral skills that are taught through dynamic classroom group sessions. Structured lesson plans, experiential learning exercises, and hands-on activities. Drone Program Expanding Horizons in Aviation A unique component of the NC State Extension, Wake County 4-H Spaces Program is the Drone Program, and a major part of my responsibilities. In this program we provide youth with an opportunity to learn about drone operations, policies, and procedures, while developing essential skills in planning, organization, and operation. By introducing young learners to the world of aviation, we’re also opening doors to exciting careers in this rapidly growing industry.
